هدف من الدورة : تهدف الدورة الى تدريب المشاركين على كيفية اعداد الموازنات وترجع أهمية ذلك الى أن الموازنات التقديرية تمثل أداة تخطيط ورقابة في نفس الوقت فهي تتضمن التفصيلات الخاصة بكيفية انفاق الأموال على العمالة والخامات والسلع الرأسمالية وغيرها ، كما أنها تتضمن كيفية الحصول على الأموال . أخيرا فإن اعداد الموازنات يمكن المنشأة من توقع التغيرات وتطويع عملياتها لمقابلة هذه التغيرات وترجع أهمية ذلك إلى التقلبات الاقتصادية المستمرة التي يعايشها العالم كله هذه الأيام .
